Groundwork by Maitland Consulting offers equine-assisted professional development designed to strengthen leadership, communication, confidence, self-awareness, and connection. Through facilitated experiences alongside horses, participants gain new insight into how they lead, communicate, build relationships, and approach challenges.

Groundwork combines Maitland Consulting’s experience in leadership, facilitation, organizational development, education, and equity and inclusion with experiential equine learning. Programs are designed for individuals, teams, and organizations and require no previous horse experience. The focus isn’t on horsemanship, but on meaningful learning that can be carried back into work and life.
